Change-of-mind returns

We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind. Please check the product description, selected options and quantity before ordering.

Damaged, defective or incorrect goods

This policy does not limit your statutory consumer rights. If an order arrives damaged, defective or different from what was ordered, contact saikiabitap5@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the problem. Photos can help us assess the issue. We will arrange the appropriate remedy, including replacement or refund where required by applicable law.

Refunds and cancellations

Any refund we accept will be processed through the original payment method. Bank and payment-provider processing times can vary. If you need to cancel an order, contact us promptly; cancellation availability depends on whether production or fulfilment has started and your rights under applicable law.

Custom printing is coming soon. We are not accepting custom orders through this website.
